Instructions for Table Files

To Start...

Create a special folder to hold these files. Download this ZIP file to your new folder by using "SAVE TARGET AS" with your mouse or pointer.    
~VERY IMPORTANT NOTE~ Do NOT change the file name! (Links will work by recognizing the filename already assigned.) ~

Check Your Table Headers ...

With Table ORTC-1. The years for the 2009 timeframe were reviewed and updated for DRAM, Flash, and MPU pitches and gate lengths, based on the ORTC. In many cases, this meant only updating the rounding and adding the values for 2023 and 2024.

Please review your headers very carefully.

Critical Notes

The 2010 ITRS timeframe is from 2009–2024, with 16nm as the Difficult Challenges breakpoint for near and long-term.

Citations must be verified or they will not be used. This is the responsibility of the authors. Submit proof of published cited works by creating a scan or PDF of the front page of the work. Send to the editor with your draft.
Citations follow the IEEE Style Guide, a handy 3-page "cheat sheet" which is available to download.

2010 Key Dates to print.

For the Spring CrossTWG meeting, the due date for first draft of tables is after the meeting ends.

For the Summer CrossTWG meeting, the due date for final tables is after the meeting ends.
