The MASTAR application must be downloaded to your hard drive and installed there in order to run it.
Do NOT open the file from the internet.
Select to save this file to your hard
disk by the following method:
1. Put your mouse pointer on the icon for MASTAR and
RIGHT CLICK on the file
name and select "Save target as..." in Internet Explorer or "Save
link as..." in Netscape to save the file to your hard drive.
2. The file is called SetupMastar5_ITRS_2007.ZIP.
3. Save this file to your hard drive in a new folder and unzip it there, using
the option to “unzip to folder.”
Right click to download the MASTAR5 zip file here.
4. Once you have unzipped the files, double-click on the file Mastar.exe icon to run the application.
